College bound students must have an unweighted GPA of 3.75 or higher to be considered.

Vocational students must have an unweighted GPA of 3.25 or higher to be considered.

The Virginia JCI Senate identifies two or more well qualified Virginia high school seniors and submits both to the U.S. JCI Senate Foundation national scholarship program for consideration, and may also award supplemental state scholarships.
Each year, the U.S. JCI Senate Foundation provides 50 scholarships of $1,500 - $2000 to graduating high school seniors in the United States who plan to continue their education at accredited post-secondary college or university. In addition, they will provide 10 scholarships of $1,000 to graduating high school seniors in the United States who plan to continue their education at accredited vocational schools.
